Our company, established in 2005, has long been dedicated to maintaining the hydraulic regulating devices of axial flow fans in thermal power plants. These hydraulic regulating devices are used to adjust the blade angle of the axial flow fans. With extensive maintenance experience, we are capable of quickly analyzing the causes of faults and solving problems. We maintain close cooperation with domestic thermal power plant customers. The hydraulic regulating devices we maintain operate stably, significantly reducing the failure rate during operation, and have earned their praise.
How do we ensure maintenance quality:
Completely disassemble and clean the hydraulic regulating device, take photos of the parts with wear exceeding tolerance, and replace them with brand-new spare parts. Repair the parts without exceeding tolerance, replace the entire set of bearings and seals. After assembly, conduct a pressure test, observe whether there is oil leakage on the appearance, check the travel, check the leakage amount, check whether the action is smooth, and take a video to record the whole process. After the inspection is completed, send the video to the customer for confirmation.
